Almost every rug we make is custom in some way — a slightly different size, a re-coloured palette, a redrawn motif. Full bespoke commissions are our speciality: send us your room dimensions, design brief, colour palette and any reference images, and we'll quote a one-of-a-kind handmade piece tailored entirely to your project.
We work directly with interior designers, architects, hospitality groups and private clients worldwide. There is no minimum order for residential commissions; for commercial supply, please contact our trade team.

What's the minimum size for a custom rug?
We typically start at 3x5 ft for custom hand-knotted pieces and 4x6 ft for hand-tufted. We can also produce smaller custom samples (sample saris) if you want to test a colour or design before committing to a full piece.
How long does a custom rug take to make?
Hand-tufted: 4-8 weeks. Hand-knotted wool: 4-9 months depending on size and density. Hand-knotted silk: 6-18 months. We confirm exact timelines at quote stage.
Can I see a sample before committing?
Yes — for orders above a certain value we produce a paid sample (typically 1x1 ft or 2x2 ft) showing your chosen colours and weave. This lets you verify colour, pile and finish before full production starts.
