Kilim is a centuries-old flatweave tradition with roots across Persia, Turkey, the Caucasus and Central Asia. The defining feature is the slit-weave technique: each colour block is woven separately, with small slits where colours meet. The result is a tapestry-like rug with striking, often symbolic geometric motifs.
Our kilims are hand-woven from pure wool on traditional Indian looms, drawing on classical Anatolian, Caucasian and tribal Indian motifs. We offer them in standard sizes from 4x6 ft up to 9x12 ft, as well as fully custom dimensions. Kilims layer beautifully under modern furniture and bring instant character to a room.

Yes — the slit-weave construction looks essentially identical on both sides, so kilims can be flipped to balance wear.
Kilims work beautifully in living rooms, bedrooms, hallways and layered under coffee tables. The geometric patterns hide everyday dirt well, making them practical for high-traffic zones too.
